Asher's Path Apartments are located at One Carleton Drive in Mashpee.  Asher's Path is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program and houses persons age 55 and older.  Mashpee Housing Authority manages the property.  Asher's Path is a lovely two-story building with an elevator which has 56 one-bedroom units.  It is located on a 6 acre parcel which is beautifully landscaped.  One pet, up to 40 pounds, is allowed.  Putting green, shuffle board, and  Bocce Ball available to all residents and their guests.  Laundry facilities on site.  50 of the apartments are rented to persons with an income that does not exceed 50% of the median income.  The rent is $681 per month, with heat and hot water included.  The remaining six units are rented to applicants whose income does not exceed 30% of the area median income.  Rents for these six units are $390.  Income limits are as follows:
